This site was started in April 2002 with the sole purpose of sharing my photographic archives with the web community. The response from visitors and band members alike was so enthusiastic (thank you all ;) it gave me the kick in the butt I needed to resume taking concert photos.
So you will now find here both archives (late 70s and early 80s) and more recent work (2003 onwards) as the site now also serves as portfolio for my present photographic activities: all photos on this site are available for licensing for books, CDs, DVDs, posters, magazines, AV programs.... My photos are also distributed by a photo agency, but of course they can only distribute a small portion of what I have to offer. This is why every single photo is (or will be) available here for evaluation / your viewing pleasure.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank ALL ARTISTS who let me photograph them. My aim has always been to portrait them in the best possible way, NOT take advantage of them in any way. I did meet wonderful persons, while driving them around for a quick sight seeing tour or driving them to and from gigs, hotels... taking some candid photos in the process. They had understood the true meaning of my then yet to be worded motto "Capturing today tomorrow's memories" (and YES, I know correct in English it should read "Capturing tomorrow's memories today", BUT I like the "today tomorrow" clash in the middle of the sentence. Makes you pause and think. It's on purpose!).

If you read french:
here's an interview I gave to the french webzine Premonition (11/2003),
here's a piece in French magazine Libération (06/2006).

A short (but nice) note on me on Coudal Partners.

P.S. If you're curious, you can find here some totally different aspects of my photographic activities...
